The Role

We are on the lookout for a talented and result-driven Sales Specialist who is passionate about automation and obsessed with streamlining processes. This role involves managing cold outreach campaigns, engaging with potential clients through calls and messages, qualifying, nurturing & closing Leads, and spearheading the continuous improvement of our sales processes and strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage cold outreach campaigns with your team, including emails and DMs on Instagram.
  • Conduct sales calls with potential clients, effectively communicating the value of Omnifusion's services, qualifying Leads interest and closing them.
  • Follow and enhance sales guidelines and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze sales results to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales processes and increase conversion rates.
  • Manage lead generation, sorting, and preparation for outreach campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Analyse and improve the effectiveness of different Sales campaigns.
  • Work closely with and report to Serdar Bisi.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
  • Strong background in cold outreach strategies and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of successfully closing deals.
  • Familiarity with sales CRM tools and automation platforms.
  • Ability to setup systems for Client and Lead-management.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions to improve strategies and processes.
  • Highly organized, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience with AutoIGDM, Instantly or similar automation tools is highly advantageous.
