Position Summary

As a Product Manager - Growth you will report to the VP of Growth, and play a pivotal role in supporting our growth and expansion efforts.

You will work closely with various teams across the company to identify commercial growth opportunities, gaining insights from our customers on how they use our software. Your analytical skills will be instrumental in running product discovery, interpreting data insights, and iteratively refining our new offerings to drive sustainable long-term growth. As a key contributor you will have the opportunity to shape the trajectory of our company and make a significant impact on our success in the competitive tech landscape.

You would join us remotely in either Europe or North America, but have plenty of opportunities to meet the full team as the role involves some travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for organic growth through positioning and packaging to drive scalable growth for the company
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and sales/marketing to get to a deep customer understanding and collaborate around subsequent go-to-market strategies
  • Utilize data analytics tools and metrics to track user behavior, evaluate performance, and derive actionable insights to inform decision-making and strategy
  • Design and execute experiments to validate hypotheses, iterate on language-market fit, and optimize for conversion, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methodologies

What we’re looking for

  • University degree or other accomplishments, e.g. experience as a professional athlete or similar
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably within Enterprise SaaS
  • Ambitious with a high sense of responsibility and accountability, thriving as an individual contributor as well as a team
  • Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and a wish to drive real impact
