Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a senior hybrid role that combines brand narrative strategy, high-quality enterprise-level content creation, visual storytelling, and internal alignment across growth and product marketing, with the confidence and presence to occasionally represent the brand externally.
A brand storyteller and content strategist who can think top-down (messaging, narratives, positioning) and execute bottom-up (slide decks, one-pagers, social posts) with a strong design instinct.
Strong emphasis on executive-level communication, so ideally you have worked with or presented to C-levels.
Key responsibilities:
As our Brand & Content Marketing Manager, you will shape and elevate how Pixaera shows up across every touchpoint — from investor decks to keynote slides, customer one-pagers, digital channels, and event narratives. You’ll own our brand storytelling end-to-end, crafting clear, compelling narratives that resonate with C-level decision-makers in high-risk industries like energy, construction, and manufacturing.
You’ll work cross-functionally with product marketing, growth, and the leadership team to ensure a unified voice across all channels. You’re as comfortable writing a punchy tagline as you are ghostwriting a LinkedIn post or preparing a keynote narrative for our Founder. Your core responsibilities will include:
Brand Storytelling & Narrative
- Develop and own the core brand narrative and positioning across all customer-facing materials.
- Craft compelling, executive-ready messaging for slide decks, one-pagers, brochures, landing pages, and campaigns.
Visual Communication & Design Direction
- Bring content to life visually by designing it yourself or collaborating with designers when needed — ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Ensure brand messaging and design work in harmony to tell a compelling story.
Copywriting & Content Creation
- Write and edit high-quality content that reflects Pixaera’s tone and voice — from case studies to event scripts.
- Support founder-led content across LinkedIn, newsletters, and keynote presentations.
- Own and evolve the brand voice across channels (website, social, collateral, etc.).
Brand Marketing & External Activation (Events & Conferences)
- Lead event project management — from messaging to execution — collaborating with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and smooth orchestration.
- Plan and support exclusive customer and prospect community moments — including exclusive dinners, roundtables, and executive events that deepen relationships.
- Act as a brand ambassador at selected events — supporting speaker prep, event messaging, and in some cases, presenting.
- Collaborate with the product marketing team to align on product launches, messaging updates, and module releases.
Channel Ownership & Distribution
- Own and manage content across our social media channels, ensuring consistency and impact.
- Collaborate with the founder and internal teams to build and execute a strong thought leadership presence.
- Partner with the growth team to amplify content across paid and organic channels.
Who are you?
- Native-level English speaker with exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills.
- 5+ years in brand, content, or communications roles, ideally in B2B tech, enterprise SaaS, or high-trust industries (e.g., energy, manufacturing, healthtech).
- Strong design instinct and ability to visualize messaging clearly — experienced in using design tools & AI (hands-on with tools like Figma, Keynote, Canva).
- Proven ability to work with or present to executive stakeholders — you understand the expectations of C-level audiences.
- Experience creating and managing enterprise-level brand assets: decks, case studies, website copy, and thought leadership.
- Skilled in leading or supporting high-impact events, from project planning and messaging to speaker prep and post-event amplification.
- Comfortable representing the brand externally at events, customer dinners, and VIP gatherings.
- Collaborative by nature — able to work cross-functionally with growth, product marketing, founders, and designers.
- Strategic thinker who can also execute quickly and independently, balancing creativity with business impact.
- Passionate about brand-building, with a sharp eye for detail and consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
