As our Senior Demand Generation Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing our inbound pipeline generation strategy.

This role involves both strategy and execution. You will be the person responsible for developing and owning the inbound strategy, budget, and reporting, including Paid Social and PPC campaigns. You will have support from others in the team on executing your demand generation activities, but expect to be very hands on yourself!

You are an experienced B2B growth marketer. You love the opportunity B2B marketing presents in taking complex topics and turning them into something digestible and engaging to build predictable, affordable, scalable pipeline.

While you are obsessed with data, analytics and building pipeline, you are curious to learn what works. Learning why a campaign works (or doesn’t) is just as important to you as hitting a qualified pipeline goal.

In this role you will report directly to the CEO and others in the Leadership Team as the person owning the overall demand generation strategy. You will collaborate closely with the rest of the Marketing Team including Content Marketing, Marketing Designer and Website technical owner. You will also work very closely with the Sales and Product teams to execute on demand generation campaigns.

This role is fundamental to our global growth strategy as we look to launch new products.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and own the demand generation strategy including setting clear goals and measuring impact.
• Use data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand generation efforts with a relentless focus on learnings, as well as building pipeline.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams to align efforts and drive revenue.
• Paid Search and Social
• Develop the strategy and execute LinkedIn and Google Ad campaigns.
• As the Project Owner you will be responsible for launching campaigns and will collaborate closely with others in the Marketing team including with Content on ad copy, emails and landing pages and the Marketing Designer on all visuals.
• Measure performance of campaigns with the objective being to learn what works and generate affordable pipeline.
• Email Marketing
• Create, refine and iterate on email templates to increase open rates.
• Build drip and email nurture campaigns to increase number of opportunities.
• Rev Ops
• Maintain Marketing Database and Data Integrity.
• Own the marketing lead qualification process and align with the Rev Ops team to ensure MQLs are being routed and followed up with.
• Reporting
• Own and manage dashboards and reporting of all key Marketing Metrics including number of leads, cost per lead, revenue generated etc.
• Create and manage demand generation budgets and forecasts.
• Demand Generation Activities
• Working closely with others in the Marketing Team, project manage activities like webinars to build pipeline.

About You

• You are an expert B2B growth marketer experienced in building pipeline and learning what works.
• Significant experience working in a B2B demand generation role, with at least 2 years leading demand generation efforts.
• You have strong data and analytics experience including how to maintain data integrity in a marketing database, how to create and maintain dashboards and how to use data and analytics to measure and improve performance of ad campaigns.
• You have experience owning a budget and forecasting pipeline.
• Highly proactive, self-starter who is willing to get stuck-in – combining both strategy with execution.
• Track record of developing and executing demand generation strategies that build predictable, scalable pipeline.
• You have excellent communication and collaboration skills: in writing and verbally, in particular when aligning with Sales to help ensure pipeline goals are met.
• You have a deep understanding of the sales process and how demand generation generates and influences revenue.
• You have strong project management skills. You are organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• You understand how to optimize a website for conversions and SEO tactics.
• You know HubSpot well and are proficient in marketing automation and CRM software.

We’re looking for a versatile, content-driven marketer with strong copy skills, a knack for explaining technical topics, and a solid grasp of general marketing principles to join our small but growing team at Melapress — a B2B WordPress plugin company focused on site management and security.

The Role

As our Email Implementation Manager, you’ll own the operational backbone of Eight Sleep’s lifecycle marketing efforts, ensuring our campaigns and automated flows with precision and impact. From implementation to reporting to process optimization, you’ll ensure our email marketing program not only runs smoothly but delivers measurable results. This role reports to the Director of Lifecycle Marketing.

How You’ll Contribute

• Implementation: Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and automated flows, ensuring on-time delivery and quality. Lead training for contractors/freelancers assisting with execution.

Your Role (What you’ll be doing)

As one of two Product Marketing Managers on the team, you’ll take full ownership of customer conversion—from first impression to paid upgrade—crafting messaging, content, and experiences that move users to action.

You’ll work closely with our engagement-focused PMM to make sure the full customer journey feels joined-up and cohesive. Together, you’ll shape how we position the product, tell our story, and drive growth at every stage.

You’ll also:

• Lead the strategy, content, and performance of our product landing pages

• Covering the entire product marketing lifecycle. You'll collaborate daily, share research, give feedback on each other’s work, and together shape how we tell our product story from start to finish.
• Having lots of meetings. Expect ~one meeting per week.

About us (How we started, and how it’s going)

We are a fully remote, independent, and profitable company made up of experienced, talented people. We hire globally across time zones from UTC -5 to UTC +2 and currently have people based in Europe, South America, and Canada.

Back in 2017, we saw an issue with last-mile delivery - it was too complicated and stressful for drivers. Circuit started a mission to change that by choosing to develop an app that put the driver, and their customers, first.

Hiring Process

Our hiring process for this role has five stages, and usually takes ~three weeks for the whole process. At every step, you will have the opportunity to ask questions of your own and make sure that we are the right choice for you. Each meeting will be via video call.

2️⃣ Meet the hiring manager

You’ll have a video call with the hiring manager, Fernando (Marketing Director) that will last around 45 minutes. He will give you more insight into the role, and chat to you about your skills and experience.

3️⃣ Take-home assignment

At this stage, we will send you a brief for a take-home assignment designed to help us see how you approach a challenge. It should take you 6 to 8 hours, and we’ll pay you for your time 💵

4️⃣ Assignment follow-up and feedback

This time, you’ll hop on a call with Fernando and Chloe (PMM — Engagement) to chat about your assignment. It’s also a nice opportunity for you to meet some more of the folks you’ll be working closely with 😊

The Open Home Foundation is a fully remote organization that uses Remote to employ people from all over the world. You will be a normal salaried employee in your country.

• Supporting product launches: If there's a new product or feature to shout about, there's a good chance you'll be involved in either writing and editing the content to support it, or coming up with the content plan for that launch. • Performance monitoring: You'll be on top of how our content is performing, unexplained drops in the traffic, what content converts to intent and/or conversions, and feeding that context to the team in an actionable way.

Requirements

• Strong SEO knowledge: You need to be familiar with popular tools, like Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and the new AI visibility platforms, as well as on-page and off-page best practices.
• Good writing and editing skills: Modern content marketing is all about being part-writer and editor and part-analyst. It's fine if you're stronger in one area than the other, and we can help you develop in all areas, but writing skills are non-negotiable.
• Analytics expertise: It doesn't matter so much what you've used in the past, just that you know what you're looking for. We use PostHog for all our analytics, but experience using any modern analytics tool will be helpful.

Nice to haves

• Technical SEO fundamentals: This is mostly a content + analyst role, but a little technical knowledge (e.g. understanding crawl budgets, server-side vs client-side rendering, etc.) will be a very useful bonus.

The Open Home Foundation is a fully remote organization that uses Remote to employ people from all over the world. You will be a normal salaried employee in your country.

Summary

The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager will lead the strategy and execution of multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement, adoption, and revenue growth across the entire customer journey. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure personalized, data-driven touchpoints that support our customers at every stage. This role is critical to Deel’s customer experience and retention efforts—identifying key moments in the lifecycle to introduce new products, encourage feature usage, and unlock expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-channel campaigns to engage prospects and customers across all stages of their journey, driving key outcomes such as product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, expansion, and retention.
• Identify key moments within the entire customer lifecycle to introduce relevant products or guide desired behaviors, leveraging behavioral data, segmentation, and personalization.
• Monitor campaign performance and customer behavior to evaluate effectiveness, refine strategies, and report on ROI and key lifecycle KPIs (onboarding, activation, cross-sell, engagement, retention, expansion)
• Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing and multivariate experiments across email, in-app messaging, and other digital channels to continuously improve messaging, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align on strategies, product positioning, feature launches, and overall customer experience across the entire lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in lifecycle or growth marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology sectors.
• Deep understanding of integrated B2B lifecycle marketing strategies across various customer segments.
• Proven track record of developing and executing cross-sell and upsell campaigns that deliver measurable revenue impact.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and apply them to optimize marketing initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot and Braze.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a fully remote environment.
• Experience managing or contributing to large-scale projects involving cross-functional teams across different cultures and time zones.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with a high degree of autonomy.
• Demonstrates a growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to thrive in situations with limited structure or clarity.
