We’re Fundraise Up - a global fundraising platform built to make donating to nonprofits fast, seamless, and accessible to all. Every month, our technology powers tens of millions of dollars in donations across the globe. We focus on innovation that directly impacts results: faster load times, higher conversion rates, global payment support, and accessibility-first design.
Our platform is trusted by many of the world’s leading nonprofits, including UNICEF, the Alzheimer’s Association, and a wide range of global NGOs. With a 4.9/5 rating across top software review platforms, we’re recognized not just for our impact - but for the quality of the product we deliver.
We operate in the enterprise segment, serving nonprofit organizations across North America, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe.
We’re building a large and complex product ecosystem that serves nonprofits, donors, and partners around the world. The platform includes a modern checkout experience and customizable widgets (each a standalone SPA), donor, organization, and partner portals, admin tools, and several internal apps.
Our backend is powered by Node.js (Koa, NestJS) and MongoDB. The frontend stack includes Webpack, Vue.js, and React, with nearly all code written in TypeScript. For high-throughput messaging and background processing, we use Kafka (for millions of events) and Bull (Redis). Analytics data is stored in ClickHouse, and we use Elasticsearch for search.
We are a distributed team of 120+ product professionals, including 35+ engineers. Our team members are mainly based across Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus. Many of our developers bring 5 - 10+ years of experience, and we foster a culture of deep technical curiosity and knowledge sharing.
Despite our scale, we operate like a focused team - where every task matters and every voice is heard. We value thoughtful collaboration, strong engineering practices, and a product mindset. Biweekly engineering forums give space to share learnings and celebrate technical achievements. You’ll be joining a team where quality, mentorship, and mutual respect come first.
As a DevOps Engineer / SRE, you will be a generalist with a broad impact on our entire infrastructure. You won’t be siloed into a single area like databases or monitoring; instead, you will have the opportunity to work across our full stack, from server provisioning and CI/CD pipelines to observability and database management. Your primary mission is to ensure our platform is scalable, secure, and exceptionally reliable, as even minutes of downtime are costly for the causes we support.

As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at GitLab, you keep GitLab.com and other production systems running smoothly for millions of users by combining pragmatic operations with strong software engineering practices. You focus on the systems layer (operating systems, storage, networking) and edge services and Kubernetes workloads, designing and operating highly scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure that supports one of the largest single-tenancy open source SaaS sites on the Internet. You’ll work across the Infrastructure organization to automate away toil, improve availability and performance, and respond to incidents during your local daytime hours as part of a globally distributed on-call rotation. In this role, you’ll help Tenant Services safeguard and scale customer data while increasing automation so GitLab can continue to grow with enterprise-level expectations for reliability and availability.
Tenant Services is the team responsible for safeguarding and securing customer data stored by the GitLab application and for setting clear guidelines for how that data is accessed. The team runs the largest GitLab instance in existence, and one of the largest single-tenancy open source SaaS sites on the Internet, which means you’ll work on unique scale and reliability challenges that impact users every day. As an all-remote, globally distributed group, Tenant Services collaborates asynchronously across time zones and leans heavily on automation to meet enterprise expectations for reliability, availability, and data protection while continuing to scale. This is where you come in: as our DevSecOps Engineer, you’ll embed security into the development lifecycle, enable high-velocity feature delivery, and ensure that new AI capabilities are safe, compliant, and resilient.

We're looking for a staff level Staff/Senior Site Reliability Engineer. You will be part of the team that's responsible for making AppSignal run reliably 24/7.
AppSignal helps thousands of teams in 60+ countries monitor their web apps. We're a remote-first company with a team spanning seven countries, built on values like impact, transparency, and continuous improvement.
We're looking for somebody within 2-6 hours of the CET time zone for this role.
AppSignal's infrastructure was developed by a very small team. We value resilience and peace of mind highly, so there's a long-standing tradition of fixing underlying issues that lead to us getting alerted. We're continuing to expand this team, as we are going into the next phase of growth of our business.
As a Site Reliability Engineer, you'll work on making this system as reliable and scalable as it can be. You'll be on-call and will fix issues that arise hands-on (issues arising is rare). We always do post-mortems and follow up on fixing root causes. On the other hand, you'll be working on our long-term scalability. We expect you to both be comfortable with operations, and with software development. We do a lot of our infrastructure tuning in our Rust codebase. You'll get to work on all the layers; there's no black box underneath. We're looking for someone who will help maintain, develop, and scale our platform to support our rapid growth.
We are looking for candidates with 5+ years of experience who...
We're a team of kind, curious people from different backgrounds, each bringing unique strengths (and yes, a few quirks too). We'd love for you to add yours.
