We're a small, thoughtful, and friendly team building tools developers love. We value clarity, focus, and steady progress. This role is key to making sure we continue shipping high-quality, developer-loved features that matter.
We're looking for a staff level Staff/Senior Site Reliability Engineer. You will be part of the team that's responsible for making AppSignal run reliably 24/7.
AppSignal helps thousands of teams in 60+ countries monitor their web apps. We're a remote-first company with a team spanning seven countries, built on values like impact, transparency, and continuous improvement.
We're looking for somebody within 2-6 hours of the CET time zone for this role.
AppSignal's infrastructure was developed by a very small team. We value resilience and peace of mind highly, so there's a long-standing tradition of fixing underlying issues that lead to us getting alerted. We're continuing to expand this team, as we are going into the next phase of growth of our business.
As a Site Reliability Engineer, you'll work on making this system as reliable and scalable as it can be. You'll be on-call and will fix issues that arise hands-on (issues arising is rare). We always do post-mortems and follow up on fixing root causes. On the other hand, you'll be working on our long-term scalability. We expect you to both be comfortable with operations, and with software development. We do a lot of our infrastructure tuning in our Rust codebase. You'll get to work on all the layers; there's no black box underneath. We're looking for someone who will help maintain, develop, and scale our platform to support our rapid growth.
We are looking for candidates with 5+ years of experience who...
We're a team of kind, curious people from different backgrounds, each bringing unique strengths (and yes, a few quirks too). We'd love for you to add yours.
We welcome candidates of all backgrounds, genders, orientations, ethnicities, ages, and abilities. If you're looking for a place to do your best work and know your contributions are valued, you'll feel right at home here.
Apply online through Homerun by answering a few questions and uploading your resume. There's no need for a cover letter; we'd rather hear your thoughts directly in the application form.

We’re growing and expanding our products every day. If you’re up to the challenge and are excited about AI and ML as much as we are, join us!
At Saga, we're building the intelligence that helps lawyers think faster, work smarter, and stay in control of their craft. Our AI platform blends legal reasoning with machine precision to make complex work simpler, sharper, and more human.
We're at a turning point. Our platform is scaling fast, AI workloads are growing across regions, and reliability isn't nice-to-have anymore, it's essential. We're opening our first dedicated DevOps role to own the infrastructure that makes all of this possible.
This is the first dedicated DevOps role at Saga. Until now, infrastructure and reliability have been spread across backend and AI engineers. You're here to change that, bringing focus, ownership, and the right foundations as we scale. As DevOps Engineer, you own the infrastructure that keeps our platform running and our AI workloads fast. You're solving real problems: improving uptime and reliability for services lawyers depend on daily, making deployments smooth so engineers can ship faster, hardening security and pushing us toward ISO 27001 compliance, scaling infrastructure that handles increasingly complex AI workflows, and automating the repetitive work that slows teams down. You'll work closely with backend engineers, AI infrastructure, and compliance, but you're not just supporting them. You're building the systems and setting the patterns that define how we operate. This isn't about maintaining what's already there. You're shaping how we deploy, monitor, scale, and recover from failure. The decisions you make now become the foundation the engineering team builds on as Saga grows.
You take pride in building systems that run smoothly. When things go wrong, you stay composed, work through the problem methodically, and prevent it from happening again. You think about failure modes early, automate wherever you can, and naturally own what you're responsible for.
Saga is built on the belief that better legal technology should serve everyone, not just those with the biggest budgets. We offer you a genuine opportunity to make legal AI accessible to professionals who truly need it. The autonomy is real, the growth path is clear, and what you build will help shape how an entire market adopts AI. We also offer:

The Infra
We’re looking to add a DevOps generalist to the team. You should have solid experience with standard DevOps toolsets including a lot of what is mentioned above. You will be actively working to help us architect, design and implement the infrastructure that powers the Coalesce application, empowering our software engineers, and helping to test and deploy our software to Kubernetes clusters in regions across the globe in all three major clouds.
Since our founding in 2020, Coalesce has been on a mission to improve the lives of data professionals by making data transformation as efficient and intuitive as possible. We’re putting an end to the days of arduous manual coding and inflexible GUIs by providing a best of both worlds solution.

You’ll work alongside other system, software, and network engineers - people who care deeply about performance, simplicity, and resilience. Together, you’ll design, run, and evolve systems that don’t just work, but stay fast and dependable under pressure.
This isn’t a role where you follow playbooks - you’ll write them. You’ll dig into the details, automate what slows us down, and share what you learn so the whole team gets stronger.
