The role

Nebius is looking for a part-time, project-based role (~20h/week) focused on building a scalable approach to internal learning. You’ll define how learning content should work: structure, flow, clarity, and visual system.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with L&D (product) to understand content structure and learning objectives;
• Designing the UX of SCORM-based courses, including text layout and interactive elements (quizzes, case studies);
• Developing a course concept and template aligned with the existing corporate design system;
• Creating 3 full courses using this framework;
• Designing illustrations or establishing their visual system (style, asset library, or generation prompts);
• Ensuring brand consistency and a clean, intuitive user experience;
• Iterating on designs based on stakeholder feedback.

We expect you to have:

• Experience as a UX, product, or learning designer;

About the role

We're looking for a Senior UX Researcher who brings rigour and curiosity to both product and marketing research. We’re looking for a versatile Brand & UI Designer based in Europe to join our senior design team.

Kestra is a technical product, and we believe our brand should reflect that sophistication. This is a role for a designer who loves to jump between a Figma design system, a high-conversion landing page, and a brand identity project.

You’ll work closely with the Founding Designer and the UX Designer. Your job is to ensure that everything Kestra ships — from a new feature in the dashboard to a blog post visual or a physical booth at a conference — is visually stunning and technically precise.

What You'll Do

1 — High-Conversion Web & Technical Storytelling You are responsible for the design of our landing pages and marketing site. Your goal is twofold: maximize conversion while using design to simplify and visualize extremely technical concepts (pipelines as code, event-driven orchestration, AI agents). Summary

The Wikimedia Foundation is looking for an experienced mixed-method UX researcher (3-month contract) to extend our capabilities for doing qualitative and quantitative research to understand the experiences and needs of the humans who use and contribute to Wikipedia and the Wikimedia projects. As part of the Research group, the UX Research team leads UX research with the goal to improve user experiences and increase global usage.

Reporting to the Manager, UX Research and working directly with another researcher on the team who will assist in scoping project work and with research operations as needed, you will be responsible for leading the execution of high-quality research that results in actionable insights that inform decisions toward our organizational objectives. The work for this role is expected to be primarily quantitative but may also include some qualitative research projects or components. Examples of the sort of quantitative and mixed-methods UX research projects we’ve done recently are a survey-based experimental study of attribution signals (learn more) and a mixed-method study to understand Wikipedia readers’ use cases (learn more).

This is a contract position to cover a staff leave. This role is part-time, with an expected average of 30 hours per week.

Candidates must be available for critical meetings and synchronous work between 15:00 to 19:00 UTC. Availability to work outside of your local business hours may be needed at times during the data collection phase of studies or for occasional meetings with key stakeholders.

The Role

We're looking for a Motion Designer based in Europe to bring Kestra's product and brand to life through movement.

This isn't about making things look pretty. It's about using motion to simplify the complex — turning high-level orchestration concepts into clear, engaging visual storytelling that engineers actually want to watch.

You won't be working on generic corporate videos. You'll be deep in the Kestra product: animating UI interactions, breaking down technical workflows, and producing high-impact content for product releases, our YouTube channel, and global events.

You need a strong graphic touch — the ability to respect our existing brand identity while pushing its creative boundaries.

You report to the Founding Designer and work closely with our UX Designer. Motion becomes a first-class citizen across both our marketing and our product interface.

What You'll Do

1 — Translate complexity into motion

Take intricate orchestration concepts — DAGs, triggers, parallel executions, event-driven pipelines — and turn them into animations that make sense at a glance. Your output is what makes a developer say "oh, that's how it works."

2 — Enhance the product experience

Design and implement micro-interactions and animated elements directly within the Kestra UI. Not decoration — motion that improves usability and creates moments of delight for technical users.

3 — Own high-stakes video production

End-to-end ownership of motion graphics for product releases, webinar intros, YouTube tutorials, and event teasers — from concept and storyboard to final export.

4 — Work with a hybrid animation workflow

Industry-standard tools (After Effects, Adobe suite) combined with code-based animation — CSS, Canvas, Lottie — for seamless web integration. You're comfortable using AI (Claude, Cursor) to generate and tweak animation code when it gets the job done faster.

5 — Push the brand forward

You don't just apply the brand guidelines — you evolve them. You propose new visual directions, reference what's cutting-edge in motion design, and keep Kestra's identity fresh without breaking consistency.

6 — Collaborate across the design system

Work hand-in-hand with the Founding Designer and UX Designer to ensure visual coherence from documentation to dashboard, from landing pages to release videos.

The role entails

Your work will entail the application and evolution of existing guidelines, ensuring consistency across touchpoints. The Role

RevenueCat has grown by moving fast, shipping constantly, and prioritizing usefulness over polish. That approach has served us well — our brand is trusted, recognizable, and well loved — but it’s also left us with some rough edges.

Today, our design output is high-impact but uneven. Some campaigns, launches, and events feel world-class; others are held together by speed and good intent. We rely on external agencies that are good at following briefs, but slower at developing strong creative concepts from scratch. Our brand system exists, but it’s intentionally flexible — and not always fully defined.

At the same time, our ambitions are growing. Flagship moments like App Growth Annual, bigger launches, more experiments, and more surfaces mean we need someone who can bring clarity, taste, and execution speed to an environment that’s still evolving.

You’ll often need to choose speed over completeness, and clarity over perfect consistency. Some rough edges, fast experiments, and slightly imperfect executions are part of how we ship — and we want to keep it that way.

We’re hiring a Brand Design Lead to help raise the creative bar without slowing us down. This is a hands-on role, not a purely strategic or review-only position. You’ll help guide creative direction and evolve the brand, while also spending a significant portion of your time designing, prototyping, and shipping work yourself.
