We’re looking for a marketing designer to join our growing team! You’ll focus mainly on brand and marketing, with occasional forays into product design. One week, you might be crafting signage for an industry event, the next, designing a website page for a new feature launch. We’ll also look to you for feedback on the UI and overall look of the Lightdash console, so bring your opinions! 🙂 This role is a great fit for someone who loves variety and wants to shape the way Lightdash looks and feels.
We believe a diverse team creates better products and better experiences. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, identities and experiences.
VitVio is building AI-powered tools to simplify and streamline operating room workflows, so surgical teams can focus on what really matters—patient care. Our platform uses computer vision and context-aware AI to understand actions happening in the OR in real time. From automatically logging surgical stages to coordinating team readiness, we take on the administrative load so clinical staff don’t have to.
Our team has experience founding and scaling leading companies in adjacent industries. We're growing quickly—backed by top-tier investors—and working with some of the most respected hospitals in the US and Europe.
We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our growing Product & Design team at VitVio. You’ll help shape how surgical and hospital teams interact with our tools — crafting intuitive, intelligent interfaces that simplify complex workflows and make a real impact on patient care.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves to dive deep into problems, explore ideas through sketches and prototypes, test with users, and refine details until everything feels just right. You’ll work end-to-end — from discovery and user research to high-fidelity design — translating insights into thoughtful, production-ready experiences.
You’ll collaborate closely with clinicians, engineers, and business stakeholders, iterating quickly and balancing usability with technical and clinical realities. Design at VitVio is central to how we build and ship products, and you’ll be at the heart of that process — shaping the product through craft, not managing people.
This role is remote-first and open to candidates in the European time zones.
In your first 6 months, you will:
📈 Early-Stage Equity
💰 Competitive salary
💻 Company laptop along with tools you need to succeed
🧠 Learning & development budget
🎉 Offsites and team-building events (last one was in Crete, Greece!)

The Open Home Foundation is looking for a Marketing Designer based in Europe to join our Marketing team. This team is responsible for connecting the foundation's projects, such as Home Assistant and ESPHome, with the people who benefit from them most: users, contributors, and partners. By making it easier for people to discover, use, and get involved with our projects, the Open Home ecosystem can grow in a way that's aligned with our values.
You will be the second designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will help bring our brands to life across digital and physical touchpoints alike. From campaign visuals and social media assets to product launch materials and event graphics, you’ll help tell our story in a clear, compelling, and visually consistent way.
The Open Home Foundation is a fully remote organization that uses Remote to employ people from all over the world. You will be a normal salaried employee in your country.
This is a full-time position for 40 hours per week. Because we are a fully remote company, there is no fixed schedule. For the purpose of team communication, we do try to ensure at least 3 hours of overlap in the workday. You will report to the Marketing Lead, who is based in the Netherlands.
Core to the establishment of the Open Home Foundation was the well-being of the people building the future of the smart home. We will provide all the benefits required by the country you reside in. However, we also want to make sure all our employees, regardless of country of origin, get at least a minimal set of benefits, including:
When first offering a position to a new member, the Open Home Foundation aims to provide a total compensation package that matches the 75th percentile for the new hire's role, seniority, and local market rates. For a Marketing Designer in our primary operating countries, the approximate yearly compensation will be the following:
These figures may be adjusted based on experience, qualifications, and work hours.
About us
The Open Home Foundation is a non-profit organization based in Switzerland, with the objective of fighting for the fundamental principles of privacy, choice, and sustainability for smart homes. It does this by supporting the development of open-source projects, and open connectivity and communication standards.

The recruitment process
Are you a UI designer whose creativity just can’t stop driving you to make user interfaces that inspire, engage and endure?
What if you had the chance to help shape the very future of online design education?
We’ve got news for you: this may be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
We’re proud to say that we’ve put together an amazing team of unicorns who support, inspire and challenge each other every day. We’re lucky enough to get up each day and build a better future for thousands of people around the world. What’s more, we’ve woven our commitment to the fusion of idealism, high performance and excellence into our company culture. But something’s missing. And we think it could be you.
The IxDF (Interaction Design Foundation) is the biggest online design school globally. Entering our third decade and with over 170,000 graduates, we’re market leaders in online design education. That’s because the world’s leading experts create our content and because we’re specialized in—and utterly dedicated to—design and only design. What’s more, with over 1.5 million monthly visitors, we’re at the forefront of providing premier design education to such organizations as IBM and SAP, as well as thousands of other companies.
This is a paid full-time position and is fully remote so you can work from anywhere. You will have daily video-based contact with your colleagues and get to meet them physically on team trips a few times per year.
Your first task will be to help us with a specific, special, and long-overdue project: a complete platform redesign. We teach great design, yet we haven't updated or redesigned our own platform in seven years (don’t worry, the irony isn’t lost on us either). Back then, our design system was cutting-edge, but a lot has changed since then.
No more waiting. Now, we're ready to take our own advice and go all-in on redesigning our platform, bringing it back up to the level of excellence it deserves. We're excited about this because it's something we've been looking forward to for years. Fortunately, we're well-prepared: our design system is organized and primed for enhancement, our back-end code is flawless, our front-end code is on track, and our team of developers is eager to show off their capabilities. Now, all we need is you to complete the picture.
Therefore, ahead of you is a highly rewarding and enriching journey on which you will make an impact on the global design community, as well as strengthen your own design skills:
Want even more challenges? If you're willing to do the hard work of learning and growing, you’ll find virtually limitless opportunities waiting for you on the road ahead.
At Evervault, we design and build encryption infrastructure for developers. Traditionally, encryption has been famously complex, costly and time-consuming to implement. We’re creating a collection of products that break these traditional patterns and make implementing encryption not just easy, but delightful.
We're looking for an experienced Design Engineer to help evolve the Evervault brand and product with an immense focus on design and user experience. The developer experience we create at Evervault is one of the most important drivers of our success. Our interfaces are central to this. Underlying technology is not enough to build great products.
When it comes to design engineering, we are looking for someone who obsesses over the details. Someone who cares not just how a product looks, but how it works.
You'll have lots of blank canvases at Evervault. New products require Zero to One design thinking; nothing is out of bounds. You’ll also have the creative licence to identify and improve existing Evervault products and features.
Nice to haves
At Evervault, we're looking for people with drive, curiosity, and integrity. You're encouraged to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. Your skills and passion will stand out – and set you apart – especially if your career has taken some extraordinary twists and turns. At Evervault, we welcome diverse perspectives and people who think rigorously and tinker quickly. Join us.

You make brands feel alive, cohesive, and genuinely original.
You’re a creative operator who knows how to think, make, and deliver at a high level balancing logic, creativity, and technical know-how.
You’ll turn creative direction into fully realized digital experiences: polished, dynamic, and ready for launch.

At Help Scout, we’re on a mission to help businesses delight more customers. We’ve been on this journey since 2011, and today more than 12,000 companies use our platform to provide outstanding customer support. We’ve been fully remote from the beginning, and have a team of 140+ people all over the world.
We love crafting beautiful products and growing a business together, but we're also trying to do something bigger. We're building a company that brings out your best and leaves the world a better place — a company that seeks balance between profit and purpose. That's why we've been a Certified B Corporation since 2019 and have pledged 1% of our equity back to the community.
Help Scout’s success hinges on hiring talented, high-accountability people who want to be part of creating a culture where we all feel challenged and supported to do our best work. We hope that excites you to join us!
Help is in our first name! We show up for each other — not out of obligation, but because we’re invested in the team’s collective success. We share knowledge freely, lead with generosity, and practice empathy with our teammates, customers, and community.
Our success relies on the quality and craft of the work we put into the world. The status quo simply won’t work. So we insist on narrow focus, sweating every detail, and relentless pursuit of customer delight.
Achieving our true potential — collectively and individually — requires constant progress and forward momentum. By creating a culture of curiosity and openness, we aim to create a safe space for mistakes, the ability to identify them quickly, and use them to get better.
Own the outcome means taking full responsibility for the results of your work, decisions, and contributions. It reflects a mindset of accountability, proactiveness, and follow-through. If you “own the outcome,” you don’t just complete tasks, you ensure your work leads to meaningful results, and take initiative to solve problems rather than passing them along.

You’ll be reporting to our Creative Director, Matt Plays. You'll work closely with everyone in the Revenue Org, including Content, Sales, Demand Gen, and Partnerships teams. Cross-functionally, you’ll interact regularly with our Co-founder & VP of Product Design, Jared McDaniel, and our CPO, Scott Rocher. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. We have read the studies and understand that diverse teams build better products, bring more perspective to the table, contribute to a company’s financial success, and help foster a more inclusive environment for all employees, but the bottom line is that it's the right thing to do.
To provide you with the best experience, we can support you with accommodations or adjustments at any stage of the recruitment process. Simply inform our recruitment team during your conversation with them.
While we understand that AI in an important tool in a modern skillset, we ask that you do not utilize AI assistants live on our interviews. Of course, use any tools you need to prepare! But we'd like for you to have a real human-to-human conversation with our team.
