We are remote-first, but we also have offices in Ukraine and in Poland (Warsaw), so you can mix and match if you prefer. Ideally, you should be in the CET or EET time zone

The world’s energy use is changing - but the shift to renewables is too slow. Unlocking it requires smarter, more connected solutions.
Enode’s platform powers the next generation of green energy apps by connecting and optimizing the world’s energy devices through our APIs. From electric vehicles to heat pumps, we enable flexible demand that prioritises renewable energy.
We work with the world’s leading energy companies and green tech innovators, giving them instant access to over 250M+ consumers - and the ability to help millions of people use energy more sustainably.
With the urgent need to decarbonise, there has never been a more critical time for Enode. That’s why we’re backed by leading investors like Y Combinator, Lowercarbon Capital, and Creandum.
Yet, we’re just getting started - and we’re looking for builders and innovators to join our mission-driven, passionate team.
We’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer to strengthen Enode’s Connect platform, which underpins how energy companies around the world integrate with devices at scale. You’ll build and evolve the integrations and backend systems that power EV charging, home energy management, and our growing feature set across both internal and customer-facing use cases.
You’ll join the Connect engineering group, working within either our EV Charging or Home Energy team depending on background and interest. You’ll collaborate closely with your PM, other backend engineers, and our commercial teams to understand how customers use the Connect platform and where we need to evolve.

Above all, you care about building software that has impact in the real world and supports the shift toward a cleaner, more flexible energy system.

Hospitality is tough – margins are thin, waste is high, and teams are stretched. But it doesn’t have to be this hard. That’s why we built Nory.
Our CEO, Conor, knows the pain first-hand. After founding and scaling Mad Egg in Ireland, he got fed up with juggling “market-leading” systems, clunky spreadsheets, and endless printouts. So he set out to build the tool he wished he’d had from day one.
Nory is an all-knowing restaurant management system. It blends real-time data with AI predictive analytics, giving operators control of their margins. From food prep to forecasting, it’s operational intelligence that helps restaurants run with consistency, certainty, and profit. The result? Thriving restaurants, better jobs, less waste, healthier margins.
And we’re just getting started. Fresh off a Series B led by Kinnevik, we’ve grown to 70+ people across Ireland, the UK, and Spain – and demand is scaling faster than we ever imagined.
We are now hiring a Senior AI Product Engineer — first and foremost a senior software engineer who can architect, build, operate, and own production-grade backend systems that use agentic workflows and LLMs. This is not a research role and not a chatbot feature role. You will be building reliable, scalable backend services that run in production and deliver real-time intelligence to thousands of operators.
If you are a senior engineer who has built, shipped, and run multi-step agentic systems in production, you will thrive here.
Over the next 6–12 months, you will:
This role has direct impact on customer outcomes, roadmap velocity, and company growth.
As a Senior AI Product Engineer, you will design, build, and own production backend systems that use LLMs as part of larger, long-lived services.
This role sits inside Engineering, works closely with product and data teams, and is accountable for reliability, performance, and continuous iteration of live systems.
Here’s what you will be responsible for:
This is first and foremost a senior software engineering role, ideal for someone who has built production-grade, multi-step agentic systems.
Nice-to-have
If you’re excited by what we’re building, we’d love to hear from you — even if you don’t tick every box.
💰 Competitive salary range dependent on experience
📈 Meaningful equity – at Nory, everyone is an owner
🌴 35 days of paid leave per year (including bank holidays)
🏥 Comprehensive private health insurance via Irish Life (Ireland) and AXA (UK)
🍼 Enhanced parental leave and baby loss support
📚 €1,000 annual L&D budget + quarterly book budget
🖥️ €250 home office workspace budget
🥳 Regular team offsites and socials
📍 Offices in London 🇬🇧 Dublin 🇮🇪 or Spain 🇪🇸
👏 And much more
Our vision is to build a better future for the restaurant industry — one where operators are in control, margins are stronger, and frontline teams can build careers they’re proud of. To get there, we move fast, stay focused, and hold ourselves to a high bar. Our values guide how we work, grow, and win – together.
We serve up impact with a side of profit.
We prioritise work that delivers real financial results for our restaurant partners.
We prioritise speed of service.
We move fast, unblock quickly, and deliver with urgency.
We act like owners.
We own problems, raise the bar, and build better every day.
We win as a crew.
We grow stronger through feedback, collaboration, and shared wins.
At Nory, we believe that diverse teams build better products. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, identities, and walks of life. We do not discriminate based on gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, family status, age, disability, or race. What matters to us is how you think, how you work, and what you bring to the table. Please let us know if you require any adjustments so you can bring your best self to the interview process.
Build the future of offensive security with XBOW. Attackers are already using AI to move faster than defenders can react—we’re creating the platform that puts security ahead in the arms race. Our AI-powered system autonomously discovers, validates, and even exploits vulnerabilities, giving organizations proof-backed results in hours instead of weeks.
Founded by Oege de Moor, creator of GitHub Copilot, and backed by Sequoia, Altimeter, and other leading investors, XBOW is applying cutting-edge AI to one of the world’s most urgent problems. In just over a year, our AI, built by a world-class AI team and legendary security researchers — has uncovered thousands of real-world zero-days across the software billions rely on, and achieved the #1 ranking on HackerOne’s global leaderboard.
We’re a team of builders, hackers, and researchers who thrive on solving problems others think are impossible. If you want to push the boundaries of AI, reshape how security is done, and join the group defining this new era of defense — we’d love to talk.
We’re looking for a Platform Infrastructure Research Engineer who’s passionate about building scalable systems and solving hard problems in ambiguous environments. In this role, you’ll design and implement the complex distributed infrastructure that powers our core AI engine and distributed analysis systems, enabling XBOW to run seamlessly across multiple cloud providers (AWS, Azure, OCI etc.) and contexts (SaaS, on prem).
This is a role for someone who sees infrastructure as a product, loves clean abstractions, and knows how to dig into performance issues across layers. You’ll join a high-trust, high-velocity team where your work will have an immediate impact on both developer experience and product performance. If you like being at the intersection of deep tech and real-world impact, you’ll feel right at home.

Advantageous:
We aren't focused on seniority titles at XBOW—so if you’re worried about “leveling,” don’t be. We care a lot more about mission fit, capability, and impact than what’s on your LinkedIn headline.
We believe in people who are driven by curiosity and a willingness to learn. Even if you don't check every box, we encourage you to apply if you're excited about the role and our mission.
Invert is Bioprocess AI Software purpose-built to accelerate the development of life-changing therapies and sustainable products. We unify fragmented bioprocess data into a real-time, AI-ready foundation that enables faster, more confident decisions — because delays in bioprocessing cost more than money.
Scientists today are too often forced to work in the dark. Critical data gets siloed across systems, delaying insight and increasing risk. Invert connects to bioreactors, instruments, and lab systems (LIMS, ELNs), continuously harmonizing time-series and offline data. Our built-in intelligence layer surfaces issues as they emerge, empowering teams to course-correct in real time — not after the damage is done.
We believe scientific expertise should drive innovation, not get lost in spreadsheets. We're building software that enables biotech teams to operate with the speed their work deserves.
You will be joining one of our European engineering teams to tackle some of the most challenging product-based engineering questions we face today. Here is what we are building on:

Additionally, you will ensure that your team makes sound technical decisions that allow us to sustainably scale our user base and the surface area of our products. The interview process consists of the four stages described below. Candidates are assessed between each of these stages. The hiring manager is responsible for communicating decisions and next steps throughout the process. We aim to complete all stages within two weeks.
Invert is an equal opportunity employer. We value diverse perspectives and lived experiences — especially in a field where better science depends on better systems. If you're inspired by our mission, we want to hear from you.

VitVio is building AI-powered tools to simplify and streamline operating room workflows, so surgical teams can focus on what really matters—patient care. Our platform uses computer vision and context-aware AI to understand actions happening in the OR in real time. From automatically logging surgical stages to coordinating team readiness, we take on the administrative load so clinical staff don’t have to.
Our team has experience founding and scaling leading companies in adjacent industries. We're growing quickly—backed by top-tier investors—and working with some of the most respected hospitals in the US and Europe.
We're looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with a strong background in Computer Vision to join our experienced engineering team. This role blends deep technical work on our ML models with an active product mindset and offers the chance to build tools used directly in surgical care.
This role is remote-first, and open to European timezones — we prioritize talent over everything else. Some travel (US and Europe) is required to visit hospitals, observe workflows, and co-design with clinical users.
Like all our engineers you will work across the stack on systems used by hospital staff in high-stakes environments. From RFC to deployment, you’ll take ownership of features, propose creative improvements, and ship clean, reliable code with confidence. As a machine learning engineer, you will be iterating quickly to identify promising model architectures to expand capabilities in line with product direction and bring them into production. You will also work with the wider software team to improve engineering excellence throughout the stack.
In your first 6 months, you will:
Your primary focus will be on our machine learning systems, especially computer vision models, but as part of a small and collaborative team, you’ll occasionally contribute to other parts of the stack when needed:
Although we are looking for extensive computer vision experience (i.e. video processing, PyTorch and multi-view geometry), we don’t expect you to have deep experience in each tool and language listed above. But we’re looking for curiosity and adaptability. We support engineers in learning new tools as needed. So, if you don’t have experience with some of the tech above, no problem, we’d still love you to apply!
We don’t expect you to know all of our stack or match every bullet here — we care more about how you think, learn, and collaborate.
📈 Early-Stage Equity
💰 Competitive salary
💻 Company laptop along with tools you need to succeed
🧠 Learning & development budget

We’re looking for a curious, rigorous, problem-hungry platform engineer (who codes!) to carry the ball as we bring Ashby to the big leagues. Ashby builds software that lets talent teams build an efficient, delightful, respectful hiring process. Similarly, you’re an engineer who wants to build a “paved road” that excellent engineering teams can safely take to the moon and back.
We have notable customers like Notion, Linear, Shopify, and Snowflake. Our growth and retention metrics are best-in-class among our peers: we have tens of millions in ARR, growing >100% year over year, over 2500 customers, very low churn, and many years of runway. We’ll share more details once we meet, but you now probably have a good idea as to why we're hiring for this role 😅.
We’ve listed this role twice: as a Platform Engineer and Site Reliability Engineer – our team does both, and we are open to candidates who lean towards one or the other.
Hi 👋 I’m Colin, Head of EMEA Engineering. I’ve spent a number of years leading engineering teams in startups, and that has always included being close to infrastructure teams - no matter what name they’ve worn (SRE, infrastructure, platform, etc). I’ve got my hands dirty building the initial infrastructure for startups and know the value a talented infrastructure engineer brings. The rigour, the discipline, the peace and quiet when everything just hums along.
Our infrastructure is in a good place for now. Nothing is static. Ashby continues to grow rapidly, putting strain on our existing infrastructure. We’re always looking to give our customers more powerful hiring software, and building new product features often requires new pieces of infrastructure.
Having herded plenty of snowflakeservers in the past, I’ve learned there’s a better way. I (and Ashby) place a lot of value on infrastructure-as-code. As a Platform Engineer at Ashby, you’ll get to dive into scaling problems, add new capabilities to our platform, and think about how our entire team interacts with infrastructure. All our own engineers own their projects end-to-end and ship with minimal oversight. We don’t put roadblocks to ensure security when common sense will do and we don’t build processes like change management boards around the lowest common denominator. But with great power comes great responsibility: we handle personal and confidential data about some of the biggest decisions we ever make at work. As we grow, more and bigger customers rely on us to be reliable and secure and how we operate internally will need to evolve.
We’re at an inflection point where our ability to scale and deliver a seamless experience has a make-or-break impact – we have some of the fastest growing companies using our platform every day to hire hundreds of people per month. We need someone like you to make good decisions, debug thorny issues, and build us a future-proof platform that can withstand this scale. Our small but mighty infrastructure team has set up a secure and simple environment (we don’t believe in spinning up a new service unless necessary!) for our growing product team to build in. That’s where you come in: you, too, will own projects end-to-end and have an impact on core parts of the Ashby developer and user experience. For instance, you could work on:
We’re looking for someone who can build systems that an engineer would like to work with: mature and boring but open-minded and approachable. We have to balance reliability with flexibility. Software and its availability are now mission critical to almost every working professional. To be in an SRE in today’s world, you have to be extremely comfortable evaluating risk, those you take and those others take.
You should apply if:
All that makes for a pretty specific kind of role, and the job isn’t to everyone’s tastes! You should not apply if:
I’m sharing our tech stack with the caveat that we don’t require previous experience in it: TypeScript (frontend & backend), Node.js, React, Apollo GraphQL, Postgres, Redis.
We use Datadog and Sentry on 100% cloud-based (AWS) infra. We take developer experience and reliability seriously: all engineers are on call in a follow-the-sun model, and everyone contributes to developer tooling.
As engineers, we are used to tooling that makes us better at what we do. When we started Ashby, we saw the opposite with Talent Acquisition software. Recruiting teams were leveling up how they did their work, but instead of software meeting this new standard, it held them back.
Scheduling a final round is an excellent example. Recruiting teams wanted to schedule candidates faster, track interviewer preparation and quality, and do it with half the headcount. A recruiter needed to manually collect availability from the candidate, identify qualified interviewers, perform “Calendar Tetris” to find who is available to interview the candidate, schedule on the earliest date possible, and make any last-minute adjustments as availability changed. They must do this while considering the interview load on each individual and whether interviewers need to be trained and shadowing others. 🥵 TA software didn’t help.
As hiring managers, we know TA is a critical function, and as engineers, we know software can do better. So, we built and continue to build Ashby to give TA teams the highest standard of tooling. Software that’s intelligent and powerful. Software that provides insights into where they’re failing and automates or simplifies many of the tasks they’re underwater with. We want other functions and departments to be jealous of what TA teams can do with Ashby, and today they often are!
Our engineering culture is motivated by Abhik and Benji’s (our co-founders) belief that a small talented team, given the right environment, can build high-quality software fast (and work regular hours!). We do it through:
The best engineers we’ve worked with delivered reliably magical outcomes. They took customer problems and relentlessly drove them to solutions that were not only successful but often brilliant and creative. While they did this with minimal oversight, stakeholders were never in the dark as to what was going on, and no setback was a surprise.
Traditional product-development processes aren’t meant for the best engineers. Their purpose is to create consistent outcomes regardless of the engineer’s skill. But, consistency comes at the expense of an engineer’s time and freedom—both ingredients necessary to generate those magical outcomes. As a result, process stifles the best engineers and doesn’t give others the opportunity to practice the behaviors that made the best engineers the “best.”
At Ashby, we want to build an environment that encourages every engineer to be their best. So, at Ashby, every Engineer runs their project. Product Managers (and Designers) build strategy, do customer research, and hand off problem briefs to Engineers. Engineers take on the rest: they research the problem, write product specs, build wireframes, and implement their solution end-to-end. We rely on engineers, not process, to push information outward to the relevant folks (e.g., Product Managers) and pull folks in to help (e.g., Designers, Infra). It’s a new level of ownership for many engineers, but we’d rather an engineer fail a bit and coach up their skills than use process as a crutch. Not everyone succeeds in our culture, but those who do thrive.
Our engineering team consists of lifelong learners who are talented but also humble and kind (meet them here!). These attributes create an environment where collaboration happens naturally. We combine this with research, prototyping, and written proposals to see around corners and get feedback from the team across time zones. Focus time is something that we hold sacred, and, with thoughtful and deliberate communication, engineers are in <2h meetings per week (Abhik wrote about it here).
We also meet in person at least twice a year, once as a department and once as a company. You also have a small budget to meet up with folks in your city/region.
We built Ashby with the quality, breadth, and depth that many customers would expect from much larger teams over larger time scales. We’ve done this through investment in:
Diverse teams drive innovation and better outcomes. Having seen my mother and partner build their careers as minority women in non-diverse fields, I want to make sure Ashby creates opportunities for the next generation of engineers from underrepresented groups.
Today, 21% of engineers at Ashby are from underrepresented groups. It’s not great, and we are taking conscious steps to improve, like sourcing diverse candidates, providing generous paid family leave, no leetcode interviews, and more.
At Ashby, our team and interview process want to help you show your best self. We’ll dive into past projects and simulate working together via pair programming, writing product and tech specs collaboratively, and talking through decisions. There are no leetcode or whiteboard exercises.
Our interview process is three rounds:
Depending on our leadership team’s bandwidth, we may start with an additional 30m screen with a recruiter.
Your hiring manager will be your main point of contact and prep you for interviews. Each round will have written guidance so you know what to expect (you’ll need minimal preparation). You’ll meet 4 to 6 people in engineering (with 5-15 minutes in each interview to ask them questions). If we don’t give an offer, we’ll provide feedback!
We want an exceptional onboarding experience for every new hire. At Ashby, your dev environment is set up with a single script, you push your first product change on day one, and you spend the rest of your time shipping product changes that give you a tour of our codebase and best practices. The product changes increase in scope and ambiguity from simple copy changes to the delivery of a prominent, impactful feature. Your manager will do a 30, 60, and 90-day review to give feedback and calibrate on how we work together.
It’s a team effort to get you successfully onboarded; you’ll have a peer paired with you to answer questions, pair program, and check in often to see if you need help. The rest of the team will run training sessions on our culture, product, engineering process, and technical architecture.
Ashby’s success hinges on hiring great people and creating an environment where we can be happy, feel challenged, and do our best work. We’re being deliberate about building that environment from the ground up. I hope that excites you enough to apply.
Ashby provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression. We are committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce and welcome people from all backgrounds, experiences, perspectives, and abilities.
Paddle offers digital product companies a completely different approach to their payment infrastructure. Instead of assembling and maintaining a complex stack of payments-related apps and services, we’re a Merchant of Record for our customers. This is our most senior frontend technical position, where the depth of your technical expertise is as important as your leadership and influence qualities. You're excited about pushing the browser to it’s limits, comfortable owning complex technical decisions, and you’ll serve as the primary technical authority for frontend technologies across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who blends deep frontend systems expertise with strategic thinking and genuine empathy for our customers' experience.
At Paddle, we’re committed to removing invisible barriers, both for our customers and within our own teams. We encourage you to apply even if you don’t match every part of the job ad, especially if you’re part of an underrepresented group.
Please let us know if there’s anything we can do to better support you through the application process and in the workplace. We will do everything we can to support any accommodations needed. We’re committed to building a diverse team where everyone feels safe to be their authentic self. Let’s grow together.

Raycast makes it simple, fast, and delightful to control your tools. We are seeking someone to join our dedicated community team, focusing on the support and growth of our developer community. This role involves assisting developers by reviewing the extensions they create, helping them resolve any related issues, maintaining Raycast’s own extensions, and capturing their valuable feedback on our API and the entire extension ecosystem. Raycast started as a native Mac application with a significant focus on top-notch UI and interactions, and we're now expanding to Windows with our ongoing public beta. This builds trust and guarantees that we're staying close to our user-base. We need someone who thrives on helping others, debugging unusual issues, values clear communication, and is committed to maintaining the high standards we set for ourselves and our product, which in turn sets the expectations of our users.

At BlueLabs, we build innovative sports betting and casino solutions that power engaging digital experiences for hundreds of thousands of players around the world. Our fully remote team is united by a passion for creating well-crafted products powered by technology. Collaboration, curiosity, ownership, and a drive to build things that matter guide everything we do.
We are now looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join one of our partner-facing teams. This role is about delivering end-to-end features that directly impact players in our partners’ brands. You will work across both backend and frontend, helping us move fast and adapt our platform to the specific needs of our partners’ markets.
Our Technology Stack
Our technology stack includes over 30 microservices written in Go and Elixir, providing a highly efficient and scalable foundation for our operations. We leverage Apache Pulsar for event-driven messaging, Kubernetes for container orchestration, Google Cloud Platform for cloud infrastructure, and PostgreSQL for data storage.
Our release process is fully automated, enabling our small engineering team to perform several deployments per day without breaking a sweat. This automation spans from the provisioning of infrastructure, to the deployment of applications and the configuration of monitoring dashboards and alerts. The tools we use include, but are not limited to: Terraform, Helmfile, and GitHub Actions.
Grafana, Loki and Mimir are our weapons of choice when it comes to monitoring the performance and behavior of our platform, enabling us to automatically detect and escalate any potential issues to the affected teams.
As a technology company, we are dedicated to maintaining a modern and agile technology environment that empowers our engineers to thrive and build the future of sports betting technology.
In this role, you will be part of a small, cross-functional team building features end-to-end, from backend services to the user-facing interface. Unlike our platform team, which focuses on the core platform itself – such as shared services, foundational APIs, and infrastructure – we are responsible for day-to-day operations and innovation of our partners.
While we do not own the platform code, we frequently work with it and can contribute to it whenever needed. The expectation is that we only involve the platform team when an issue truly requires their support, which makes it important for us to navigate the wider codebase confidently and build a strong understanding of the platform. Many of the new features we develop are built end-to-end and may later be integrated into the core platform if they prove valuable for other clients.
We’re looking for someone who is just as excited about building tools as we are. Here’s what we think makes a great fit for this role:
Must-Haves:
Nice-to-Haves:

Additional perks include a new MacBook Pro or Tuxedo InfinityBook Linux laptop, and 40 days of paid annual leave (including public holidays).
We're looking for an experienced full-stack engineer. You should feel comfortable working with a modern battle-tested backend stack (Laravel, Redis, MySQL, and others), as well as have a solid understanding of front-end technologies (Vue.js, Inertia.js, or alternatives like React / Angular).
You should be seeking quality first, be committed, and understand the importance of having testable code. Bonus points for already being good at DevOps (Linux, Docker, CircleCI, Digital Ocean, AWS, etc.).
If you are curious, you can already check out our (mostly) full technology stack here.
We love trying new stuff and often introduce exciting shiny cutting-edge technologies! You should be eager to learn and improve, not only as a developer but also as a person. If you are aspiring to expand your horizon, learn, and grow we can definitely help you with that!
Last but not least - you need to be a good communicator. We're a small team working remotely, so excellent communication is a key to success. We love hearing opinions and suggestions! In our company your opinion matters and you will have a significant impact on the direction of the project, both on the technology and business levels.

We don’t hire “Webflow Designers”. A Webflow Developer at Refokus is part of the development team. We know it might sound redundant, but trust us, it’s not. We use Webflow as a development tool and deeply care about how things are implemented.
We are looking for a developer with deep experience in Webflow, HTML/CSS and JS. Would be also cool if you have some knowledge in new tech like WebGL (we are currently using three.js but you never know!)

Ethena Labs is at the forefront of the next wave of DeFi, dedicated to building products for modern finance. Ethena is a synthetic dollar protocol built on Ethereum that provides a crypto-native solution for money, USDe, alongside a globally accessible dollar savings asset, sUSDe.
Our core mission is to provide truly crypto-native financial solutions that are globally accessible and bridge the gap between TradFi and the digital asset economy. We believe in transparency, efficiency, and empowering both individuals and institutions with greater control over their assets.
Ethena Labs is actively building and deploying a suite of groundbreaking products designed to address key challenges and unlock new opportunities within the digital finance landscape.
Our flagship product, USDe, is a synthetic dollar backed by digital assets, and takes the novel approach of using a delta-neutral hedging strategy to maintain its peg. This provides a truly scalable and censorship-resistant digital dollar.
Building upon USDe, we offer sUSDe. sUSDe provides crypto-native rewards generated from funding rates in derivatives markets, offering an alternative to existing products tethered to the traditional financial system.
Furthermore, we are actively developing solutions to facilitate institutional adoption of digital assets. In partnership with Securitize and Blackrocks BUIDL fund, USDtb provides a more traditional, asset-backed stablecoin option, leveraging established financial infrastructure to appeal to institutional clients. Expanding on this, iUSDe is designed specifically for traditional financial institutions, incorporating necessary compliance features to enable them to access the crypto-native rewards our protocol generates, in an institutional-friendly manner.
Finally, our most ambitious undertaking to date is Converge, our joint blockchain initiative with Securitize. This hybrid blockchain is designed to be the nexus where DeFi meets the needs of CeFi and TradFi. Converge aims to be a primary issuance layer for tokenised assets, integrating seamlessly with existing DeFi protocols to provide institutions with an environment to participate in the decentralised economy.
Through these offerings, Ethena Labs is not just creating new financial products; we are building the foundational infrastructure for a more open, efficient, and interconnected global financial system.

-Have experience integrating AI into developer workflows, or being excited by the idea of GitHub bots and automated code assistance.
-Care about quality engineering practices: testing, observability, and shipping code that others can extend safely.
-Approach problems from the developer’s perspective: you’ve felt the pain of bad abstractions, and you design to remove friction.
-Are pragmatic: you know how to re-architect fundamentals while still delivering incremental value.
-Contribute across the stack, backend first, but willing to work on UIs or tooling when it makes the development workflow smoother.
-Mentor peers through design reviews, pairing, and sharing knowledge openly.

-Contributions to open-source developer tools or frameworks.
-Experience with AI tools that assist developers in coding.
