This depends on your location and job requirements. If any travel is needed, this will be specified in the job description and pointed out in the recruitment process. If you have an impairments prohibiting you from traveling and it might affect your work, please mention it in the cover letter.
Can I work from anywhere?
Remote work offers additional flexibility in choosing your own working environment such as workstation, lighting, ambient, etc. However, to stay efficient as a remote worker, we require all our team members to have a quiet space dedicated and optimized for work.

RootstockLabs exists to make Bitcoin work for everyone. We’re scaling Bitcoin utility through Rootstock and RIF.
This is a Product Flows and Tokenomics role (based in Europe or South America) with real product leverage, not simply a business analysis role. You sit at the point where strategy becomes buildable reality: turning initiatives into clear, detailed end-to-end flows, with tokenomics and liquidity built in from day one.
RIF is designed to accelerate the adoption of Bitcoin DeFi on Rootstock by powering community incentives, infrastructure and interoperability, including rewards, governance and grants via RootstockCollective, and key infrastructure like USDRIF and RNS.
You will help turn complex on-chain activity and user behaviour into clear insights that shape product decisions, incentives, and ecosystem growth. Your work will influence how we design user journeys, allocate resources, and measure what actually drives long-term adoption. We’re building products that help people participate safely and meaningfully in decentralised finance. You will play a key role in understanding how users interact with our products turning that insight into decisions that improve usability, incentives, and growth.
Mandate: make RIF utility real and recognisable by delivering a flagship real-world use case (the Steve Madden of use cases) and a family of complementary use cases, all backed by flows people actually use.
What you will learn:
90 day impact:
By day 90 you can explain the RIF north star and initiatives clearly and have delivered canonical flow specs for the most business critical journeys. Your analysis is required input for squad build decisions, and your tokenomics and liquidity insight informs product leadership decisions across the RIF product area.
We are looking for someone who brings many of the following:
Non-negotiables: independent operator, exceptional writer and communicator (AI as a force multiplier, not a substitute), strong technical collaborator, fully remote, high trust.
I care deeply about building products that people actually use and trust. In this role, I’m looking for a colleague who enjoys asking “why”, connecting dots across data and behaviour, and working collaboratively to help teams make better decisions. You don’t need to have all the answers on day one. Curiosity, integrity, and a willingness to learn and share perspectives openly matter more to me than perfect domain knowledge.
Our process is structured and job relevant: clear evaluation criteria and a short practical exercise focused on real flow thinking, not trivia.
We strongly encourage applications from people who are under-represented in crypto and Web3. If you don’t meet every requirement but believe you’d thrive in this role, we’d love to hear from you.
At RootstockLabs, we don’t just offer a job, we offer a community. Here’s what you can expect when you join us:
RootstockLabs exists to make Bitcoin work for everyone. We do this through giving developers the tools to build on Bitcoin, supporting the growth of the Rootstock ecosystem and the RIF economy while continuing to expand the frontiers of decentralized technology.
Our Purpose: To Make Bitcoin work for everyone
Our Mission: Give developers the tools to build on Bitcoin, support the growth of the Rootstock ecosystem, and expand the frontiers of decentralized technology.
