Creative Lead (Web & Brand)

Job Description

The collective efforts of our designers, engineers, and story tellers have become emblematic for quality design and care for craft in the industry. We're looking for a Creative Lead to steer the visual direction and oversee all branding initiatives at Linear. They must be innovative, dedicated to craft and quality, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

This role is an integral part of our internal creative agency: the Magic Team.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead creative initiatives from ideation to implementation with limited time or resources
  • Several years of experience leading and designing quality product and services
  • Excellent visual, UI, motion and interactive design skills
  • Eye for good design, attention to detail, and a genuine love for the craft
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

What you'll do

  • Communicate Linear's story—what we're building and why it matters
  • Partner with leadership and GTM stakeholders on marketing and branding campaigns
  • Champion for the highest bar on quality design across branding initiatives
  • Direct the teams creative output across various channels
