We're looking for a skilled Web Engineer to join our team. Your main job will be to build and improve pages for our company's marketing website. If you enjoy creating eye-catching, fast-loading web pages that help promote products, we'd love to talk to you!
What You'll Do:
In this role, you'll work on our marketing website. You'll use modern web tools to make pages that look great and work well. Your work will help us show our products to potential customers in the best way possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using React and Gatsby
- Implement creative animations and complex interactions through code
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code
- Implement responsive designs using SCSS
- Work with GraphQL to query and manipulate data
- Deploy and manage applications using Vercel
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features
- Collaborate with designers in Figma to translate mockups to browser
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Required Skills:
- 2-3 years of proven experience as a Front End Developer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in React and its ecosystem
- Experience with Gatsby or other static site generators
- Advanced knowledge of JS, TS, HTML, CSS, and SCSS
- Familiarity with GraphQL and RESTful APIs
- Version control with Git
- Solid understanding of web performance optimization techniques
- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library)
- Excellent design taste and desire to ship the best work possible, both how something looks and functions
- Understanding of graphic design foundations like typography, layout, color & illustrations
- Experience working for SaaS startups (preferably developer products)
- Experience designing, developing, and testing websites and landing pages (preferably SaaS)
- Unrelenting passion for crafting delightful experiences from pixel polish to page performance to user accessibility
- Portfolio showcasing your work, technical ability, and creative skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Vercel deployment and serverless functions
- Knowledge of headless CMS systems
- Understanding of SEO best practices
- Experience with Framer Motion
$140,000-$190,000 For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all US based roles based on function, level and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
