Lifecycle Marketing manager

We're hiring a seasoned Email Marketing Operations Manager to take ownership of our European email marketing programs. This role blends strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and GDPR-compliant practices to elevate customer engagement across diverse markets.

🔑 Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end email campaigns across multiple European audiences
  • Drive segmentation, automation, and lifecycle strategy tailored for the region
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver localized, on-brand campaigns
  • Continuously improve key KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversions, revenue)
  • Maintain email list hygiene and ensure GDPR-compliant marketing practices
  • Support and enable regional partners across target markets.

✅ What We Expect:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in email marketing
  • Experience using platforms like Klaviyo, Salesforce, etc.
  • Firm grasp of marketing automation, CRM workflows, and segmentation
  • Analytical thinker with strong reporting and optimization skills
  • Proficiency in English and at least one of French, German, Italian, or Spanish
  • Deep understanding of GDPR and European privacy standards

🌟 Preferred:

  • Experience in DTC, e-commerce, SaaS, or digital consumer brands
  • Fluency in French, German, Spanish, or Italian.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for editing email templates
  • Familiar with CDPs, SMS, and push notification strategies
