We're hiring a seasoned Email Marketing Operations Manager to take ownership of our European email marketing programs. This role blends strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and GDPR-compliant practices to elevate customer engagement across diverse markets.
🔑 Your Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end email campaigns across multiple European audiences
- Drive segmentation, automation, and lifecycle strategy tailored for the region
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver localized, on-brand campaigns
- Continuously improve key KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversions, revenue)
- Maintain email list hygiene and ensure GDPR-compliant marketing practices
- Support and enable regional partners across target markets.
✅ What We Expect:
- 3–5+ years of experience in email marketing
- Experience using platforms like Klaviyo, Salesforce, etc.
- Firm grasp of marketing automation, CRM workflows, and segmentation
- Analytical thinker with strong reporting and optimization skills
- Proficiency in English and at least one of French, German, Italian, or Spanish
- Deep understanding of GDPR and European privacy standards
🌟 Preferred:
- Experience in DTC, e-commerce, SaaS, or digital consumer brands
- Fluency in French, German, Spanish, or Italian.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for editing email templates
- Familiar with CDPs, SMS, and push notification strategies
