Product Manager

Job Description

Location: Remote in EU

As Product Manager, Infogram you will be the product lead in a cross-functional team consisting of engineers, designers and other stakeholders who build and grow Infogram. Your skillset will include excellent product management and growth practices, data analytics, and a solid understanding of digital content creation solutions. Above all you will be customer-focused: enabling anyone to communicate visually with easy to use tools.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading - Collaborate with company leaders in developing and executing the vision for Infogram, including the expansion of our AI powered offerings
  • Growing Infogram - Drive business and customer growth through rapid experimentation and a/b testing, while also addressing longer term product opportunities
  • Focusing on impact - Ensure that initiatives are prioritized and aligned with company objectives balancing business priorities,  technical feasibility and customer impact
  • Collaborating - Work daily with engineers and designers, providing clarity, inspiration and encouraging the team to simplify big problems
  • Engaging - Build relationships with sales, marketing, customer success, and other teams to deepen customer understanding and to maintain alignment across the company
  • Learning and iterating - Use data and customer insights to inform product decisions and to understand and communicate the impact of changes
  • Understanding our users - Participate in user interviews with designers and researchers to uncover problems and opportunities, validate hypotheses and test new ideas

What you bring:

  • 3 + years experience as a product manager - including discovering opportunities, defining roadmaps, A/B testing, and day to day operations
  • Demonstrated understanding of product analytics, including both qualitative and quantitative insights and ability to present them to stakeholders clearly and engagingly  
  • Product experience in the digital content or tools space (ideally with content-creation / data-visualization tools)
  • Experience working on products with enterprise / teams customers
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels  
  • Deep curiosity about customers, competitors, evolving technologies and AI
  • Leadership to support and challenge each team member to bring their unique creativity to solving problems
  • A bias toward action, even in sticky or ambiguous situations
