It replaces traditional paper welcome books and informational materials with a digital format, accessible via smartphones, tablets, or computers.*
Skill requirements (are we a match?)
Even though our team and products are very tech oriented, you don’t have to be a tech-geek following the latest developer news. However there is a few points you should match pretty well on.
Must have
- Previous experience as Product Manager, business oriented developer or growth hacker / marketer for at least 2-3 years
- Problem-solving orientation with strong MVP attitude - everything is possible, let’s just find how exactly 🚀
- Business and User oriented mindset
- Never stop looking to achieve goals in the most effective way, work in 80/20 mode - Pareto principle
- Ability to drive the whole development / product process
- Advanced English - we have teammates and customers from all over the world 🌍
Good to have
- Tech background, experience with any programing languages like JS, PHP, Python
- Experience with team management and development planning
- Entrepreneurship experience, leading your own SaaS project, or other type of business
What will you actually do?
You will be shaping and driving the development of our SaaS products. Here are some points describing the position best.
- Shaping the product towards the user satisfaction and business goals, which brings instant self-satisfaction → creating a roadmap
- Defining the feature functionality, its UX and CX typically in Notion by sketches and specs
- You’ll care about things like MRR, CR, churn rate, LTV
- You will be involved in stuff like designing the checkout flow, essential product functionalities, product price decisions.
- Driving the development process from idea and its shaping, through development process and testing, to deployment and evaluation
- Looking for new opportunities how to scale and optimize the product
- Watching the newest trends for the inspiration and applying what makes sense
- Bringing out of the box ideas to grow the business
- Picking the best opportunity at a time and considering its values vs. efforts
- Managing the feature requests and bugs reported by our users
- Working in tandem with our skilled Dev Team (CTOs) and marketers who know everything about technical part of our products and users

An example day in the office (or in the home-office 🏠)
- 9 am → first thing in the morning → review what has been done yesterday by team and respond to questions
- scroll the Notion and Slack, give answers, ask for a status updates
- 10:00 am → planning and retrospective meeting (bi-weekly)
- on meeting with CTO, CMO, CEO and stakeholders - you’ll report what has been done in the last two weeks and what’s planned for the next two weeks on Epic level basis
- 12 pm → Lunch 🍗 🍚 🥦
- 1 pm → grab a ☕ & start shaping the latest epic about new checkout and pricing structure
- research some new interesting stuff regarding the checkout UX
- then grab pen and paper and sketch the new checkout flow and some wire-frames
- in the meantime you might get some exciting idea of how can we improve on-boarding success rate → so you will create a new epic in Notion with problem definition and sketch a simple idea
- then you’ll continue with the new checkout and update the epic with sketches and spec definitions
- 4:00 pm → yay, what a productive day! Let’s switch to something else now.
- check Notion and see that we have receive a new bug report, so you will plan it for the developer
- in Slack you see that we have 2 new interesting feature requests from customers, so you evaluate them → maybe one of them is so exciting that you bring it to the next planning meeting as an idea to develop (again, documented in notion, with problem, solution and expectations of returns)
- 4:45 pm → Update the daily planning
- last check of Slack/Notion messages, respond to some and you are done for today!
- 5:15 pm → See you tomorrow 🙂 - Optionally grab a 🍺 with your colleagues in Bratislava/Prague city center 😉
