The Role
The Senior Digital Marketing Associate works closely with the Digital Marketing team to help develop, implement, track, and optimize digital marketing campaigns targeting patients across all digital channels with a particular focus on patient recruitment. This role focuses on digital campaign performance, by deep-diving into identifiable trends and performance data to constantly improve results.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute a digital marketing strategy that covers the entire digital marketing ecosystem: email, search, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Liaison with web designers and web developers to create materials (website & ads)
- Optimize spend and performance based on identifying trends and insights
- Brainstorm with team new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Enhance end-to-end user experience across channels and customer touchpoints
- Optimize conversion points and user funnels
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- Proven 3+ years of working experience in the patient recruitment digital marketing space
- Demonstrable experience in email, search, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in profiling, targeting and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate targeted audiences
- Knowledge of web design and web development
- Advanced knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking that drives campaign strategies
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (four years of comparable experience can also be substituted)

The Team

- Implement solutions in Go that work reliably at scale with a strong focus on readability and testability;
