About the role

We're looking for a UA Manager who will be responsible for acquiring traffic on a large advertising channel. We have а big budget, so you'll have plenty to keep you busy. You will be responsible for executing user acquisition strategies, running ad creative tests, taking part in creative brainstorm sessions, scaling and optimizing campaigns across various advertising channels hitting company goals and benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Expanding work with the user engagement channels.
• Identify and leverage opportunities within advertising channels such as FB Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest, and other platforms.
• Analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, meeting KPIs.
• Communicating with parmanagers on ad networks.
• Work collaboratively with the creative team to ideate and implement compelling marketing creatives.
• Collaborate with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to gather and analyze data for informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience buying traffic, preferably in performance marketing with a proven track record of successful user acquisition campaigns.
• Understanding of the functionality of Facebook Ads, and other channels  
• Intermediate level of English or higher, with strong communication skills.
• Experience in ideation and execution of marketing creatives.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in web user acquisition, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the online user journey.
• Experience working with analytical systems such as BI tools (e.g., Tableau), showcasing a strong analytical mindset.
• Prior experience in the subscription-based product, providing valuable insights into the unique challenges and opportunities within this niche.

Location

Hint operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
