Location: Remote, EMEA based
What will you be doing in this role?
- Drive adoption, retention, and expansion among our diverse client base to ensure they get the most out of our products.
- Collaborate closely with our Solution Architect, Sales and Product teams to streamline the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for our clients.
- Work proactively to build and maintain long-term relationships with our clients, becoming a trusted advisor and partner.
- Lead the renewal process and develop strategies for account expansion to minimize churn and maximize growth.
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback, using it to advocate for new features and product enhancements that meet our clients' needs.
- Engage with customers to collect valuable insights that help shape the future direction of our product offerings.
What you need to succeed:
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B enterprise SaaS customer success, account management, consulting, or sales.
- Demonstrated ability to meet revenue or renewal targets with mid-market and enterprise-level accounts.
- A growth mindset with the ability to adapt to rapidly evolving business needs.
- Exceptional empathy and motivation, with a strong focus on team success.
- Fluency in English is essential for effective communication.
