Customer Success Manager (International Markets)

€50–70K base, phantom stock + performance incentives

As we double down on our expansion across Europe and the US, Customer Success is key to ensuring our users not only adopt tl;dv - but turn it into a critical part of how they operate.

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about helping others win, building scalable systems, and making customers feel genuinely supported.

This isn’t a ticket-chasing job. We’re looking for someone with the heart of a customer advocate and the mind of a commercial operator. You’ll help define what great CS looks like at tl;dv.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work directly with our Head of Sales, Growth, and Founders to:

  • Own the onboarding and success journey for international customers - initially focused on EMEA & North America, with future scope to expand to APAC
  • Build and scale repeatable CS playbooks across customer tiers (from PLG to high-touch)
  • Proactively manage product adoption, usage health, revenue expansion, and renewal readiness
  • Design and lead product education sessions, onboarding calls, and customer webinars
  • Serve as the bridge between Sales, Product, and Support, bringing user insights directly into roadmap and GTM decisions.
  • Collaborate with Sales to surface upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Own CS analytics - tracking activation milestones, CSAT, usage health, and NRR

What Success Looks Like

✅ 80% of new accounts activated within 14 days

✅ Portfolio NRR above 115%

✅ Playbooks built and implemented for key segments within 3 months

✅ Customer love: High CSAT, low churn, strong referrals

Who You Are

  • 3–5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role in SaaS
  • Experience working in PLG or hybrid GTM motions
  • A systems thinker who loves building processes and scaling through tools
  • A clear communicator who builds relationships with empathy and credibility
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally - you’re the internal champion for the customer
  • You get energy from solving ambiguous, meaty user challenges

Bonus Points If You...

  • Speak multiple European languages (English required; German, Spanish or French a plus)
  • Have experience with tools like HubSpot, Mixpanel, Common Room, or Planhat
  • Have a background in onboarding, growth, or customer education
  • Can share a story where you moved the needle on product adoption or NRR
