Ignite Growth at a Fast-Growing SaaS Company

We are seeking an aspiring Email enthusiast to join our talented marketing team.

As an Email Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating and optimising our behaviour campaigns, content and products newsletter, developing a solid communication channel with more than 3 million users across our portfolio.

Must haves

  • Hands-on experience with mass Email campaigns and Behaviour Email automations
    • Ability to use tools like SendGrid for mass campaigns and Intercom, User.com or Active Campaign for behavioral campaigns.
    • Copywriting: you should be able to craft a short but converting email copy, subject lines, CTAs ⇒ Excellent written English is a must
    • Able to perform A/B testing, monitor and report the performance
    • Previous experience working with email automations in the B2B SaaS niche
    • Ability to design from scratch or optimise existing churn, trial reactivation, onboarding, etc behavior campaigns
    • Ability to edit and manage prepared HTML email templates
    • Experience with large email campaigns (100,000+ contacts)
  • Good understanding of Google Analytics and other essential analytics tools
  • Basic graphic design skills. Ability to use tools like Canva

Responsibilities (what will be your duties?)

Email Campaign Strategy Development

  • Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate with CMO, CPO and customer support teams to align email campaigns with overall business objectives.

Content Creation and Optimization

  • Create compelling and relevant email content, including subject lines, copy, and visuals, tailored to different audience segments.

Segmentation and Personalization

  • Segment the email list based on customer behaviour, demographics, and engagement levels to deliver targeted and personalized messages.
  • Implement dynamic content to personalize emails for individual recipients based on their interactions and preferences.

A/B Testing and Analysis

  • Conduct A/B tests on various email elements (subject lines, content, CTA, send times) to determine the most effective strategies.
  • Analyze the results of email campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and other KPIs, to refine future campaigns.

Behaviour and Drip Campaign Management

  • Design and manage automated email workflows, including onboarding sequences, re-engagement campaigns, churn and other behaviour emails.
  • Monitor the performance of these automated campaigns and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.

Email Tools Management

  • Manage and optimize the use of email marketing platforms (e.g., Sendgrid, Usercom, Intercom, Active Campaign) for campaign execution and reporting.

Reporting and Best Practices

  • Generate detailed reports on email marketing performance, providing insights to stakeholders on campaign effectiveness and areas for improvement.
  • Use analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and present findings to the CMO
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in email marketing to keep campaigns innovative and effective.
