Job Description

We're seeking a talented Product Designer with strong UI/UX skills to help shape our AI SEO writing capabilities and develop new features for our expanding marketing platform. We're open to both full-time and part-time arrangements to start.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for new features from conception to implementation
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and align with business goals
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Develop and maintain our design system to ensure consistency across the platform
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the platform's functionality and user experience

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS product design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work for web applications
• Proficiency in Figma
• Experience with design systems and component-based design
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to have at least 3 hours of overlap with Bangkok timezone

What We Offer

• Competitive salary ($70k-$90k, pro-rated for part-time)
• Flexible working arrangements: option to start part-time and transition to full-time
• Remote work with minimum 3-hour overlap with Bangkok timezone

Interview Process and Engagement Model

1. Portfolio Showcase Call: A single call where you present and discuss your portfolio
2. Paid Trial: 1-week paid trial to assess mutual fit and collaboration
3. Ongoing Engagement: Monthly retainer basis for continued work

This process allows us to evaluate your UI/UX skills in a practical setting and ensures a fair compensation model from the start.
