Our fintech client, a payment processing leader in the industry, is seeking 2 Senior Contract Recruiters in Europe to join their team during a time of change and growth. As the company continues to expand and evolve, our client needs talented and driven individuals to assist in finding the best candidates for all open positions.

As a Contract Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our client. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews and working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective solutions to meet those needs.

To be successful in this role, you must have a deep understanding of the fintech industry and its talent landscape. You should be a sourcing expert and able to creatively utilise various recruitment methods with a limited budget, including online job boards, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and social media.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as you will be interacting on all levels with international candidates, hiring managers, and other HR team members on a daily basis.

What you'll do:

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead GoLang Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in GoLang and experience building scalable systems as affinity for cryptography and mathematics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable systems using Go
• Work on zkEVM Prover implementation and its integration within Linea’s architecture
• Contributes to the architectural decision process of Linea
• Participate in all aspects of the software development process, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation, and testing
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during development and production
• Prepare and execute backend migrations involving the prover
• Stay current with new technologies and industry trends related to Go, Docker and AWS
• Prepare the open-sourcing of Linea’s prover
• Ensure the best practices or code quality and security are applied in the code base

Qualifications:

• Strong experience with GoLang and distributed systems
• Experience with developing using ZKP, SNARK, or STARK technologies
• Experience with working on open-source projects and fostering open collaboration
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Must have a good sense of pragmatism
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience with other languages and technologies such as Solidity, TypeScript, Java, and/or Kotlin is a plus
• Experience with low-level programming and HPC is a plus

What you’ll do

‍We are looking for a senior fullstack engineer with production application experience to work on bringing transactions through the web3 ecosystem. This will include work related to the transaction supply chain and how we can facilitate a more frictionless user experience. Many of the activities we focus on are adjacent to ethereum and require an understanding of the EVM. We handle smart transactions: simulations, ordering and routing, as well as new ways to spend gas. They all require an understanding and appreciation of the ethereum ecosystem, from dApps to DEXs and wallets to nodes.
We are looking for someone with a deep experience building web and mobile products. You will be responsible for developing new features and enhancing existing ones, aiming to deliver releases of the highest quality. Concurrently, you'll engage in research to conceive innovative features. While most of the work will be on the front-ends, some features will require you to work on the back-end.

It would be great if you brought this to the role

• 3+ years of experience as a Front-end Software Engineer working on production applications
• Experience with mobile development (React Native)
• Experience with web development (React)
• Experience working with systems utilizing Golang in production
• Experience working on agile projects in an Agile environment in CI/CD setup
• Experience working in a distributed, asynchronous remote team environment
• Writing good technical documentation for use by internal teams
• Be “T-Shaped”, demonstrating a depth of knowledge in a specific area whilst maintaining a breadth of knowledge across multiple ecosystem topics.
• Located Eastern America or Western EMEA/able to work compatible business hours

Bonus Points for any of:

• Experience implementing appropriate software patterns and practices for complex business domains e.g DDD, CQRS etc
• Experience working with decentralized applications or web3 protocols
• Understanding of transaction supply chain, MEV and associated actors.
• Experience with microservices architectures
