Role overview

  • Partner with hiring managers to support CAST AI's short-term and long-term headcount growth plans
  • Manage a complete recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and attract high-caliber candidates
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends, seeking ways to enhance the recruitment process continuously
  • Provide coaching and guidance to hiring teams on best practices to ensure their success
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives related to Company Culture, Employer Branding, Leadership, and Development
  • Commit to ongoing professional development and learning.

Requirements

  • Successful track record of closing both technical and non-technical roles on an international scale
  • Demonstrated passion for sourcing, interviewing, and continuously improving your craft
  • Experience attracting a diverse talent pool
  • Solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to address challenges and drive progress
  • Experience working with recruitment technology and focus on automating manual tasks
  • Strong English skills.
