User Acquisition Specialist

💡 About The Role: Owning the Acquisition Engine

We are looking for a high-impact Growth Specialist to fully own and scale our user acquisition strategies. This is a critical role where you will be accountable for optimising the performance marketing funnel, moving beyond simple execution to setting the strategy, running rigorous experiments, and ensuring channel effectiveness. You will be the functional owner of our paid growth channels, collaborating closely with your manager to align on overall business goals.

🎯 What You'll Be Doing (Core Impact & Ownership)

• Acquisition Strategy & Functional Ownership: You will have full accountability for the performance and strategic direction of paid acquisition channels (Meta, AppLovin, SDK networks). You will define and manage the strategic frameworks for audience targeting, budget allocation, and bidding rules to maximise long-term $ROAS$.

• Creative Hypothesis & Direction: Own the creative feedback loop. You will be responsible for developing data-backed creative hypotheses and translating them into clear, actionable briefs for Design and Content partners. Your focus will be on directing the creative roadmap to unlock scalable performance vectors.

• Experimentation & Insight Generation: Design, manage, and execute the end-to-end experimentation pipeline across creatives, landing pages, and channel settings. You will go beyond reporting results to generating deep, actionable insights that drive channel maturity and optimize unit economics.

• Performance Analysis & Diagnosis: Conduct rigorous analysis of key metrics ($CAC$, $LTV$, $ROAS$). You will maintain curiosity to diagnose the "why" behind performance shifts, using data to revise acquisition strategies and inform future investment decisions.

• Growth Process Optimisation: Identify friction points and inefficiencies within the growth stack. You will be expected to propose and implement improvements to our measurement, reporting, and operational processes to enhance analytical leverage.

• Analytical Driver: You are comfortable working with complex data sets to model performance and derive strategic conclusions. You don't wait for direction; you use data to inform, propose, and defend your strategic next steps.

• Effective Collaborator: You can clearly articulate strategy and results to diverse non-marketing teams (Design, Engineering, Management), ensuring alignment and securing cross-functional support for your growth roadmap.

📋 What You'll Bring to the Table

• Experience: 1.5 - 3 years of experience in user acquisition, consulting, product management, or a similar data-intensive, results-oriented field.

• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable operating within major ad platforms and highly proficient in analytics and attribution tools (e.g., Adjust/AppsFlyer, Mixpanel).

• Autonomy & Project Management: Proven ability to take a high-level strategic goal, break it down into an independent roadmap of tests and deliverables, and execute the work with a high degree of independence.
