You will provide guidance to the community and solve their struggle, working on one of the most popular React UI library.
MUI's story began in 2014 with Material UI, the most successful React implementation of Google's Material Design. Today, Material UI stands as one of the most popular open-source libraries on GitHub and has paved the way for the fully-fledged startup known as MUI (founded in 2019), which now boasts an ever-expanding ecosystem of React UI products. We're a company of 35+ people as of early 2025, and we're growing.
MUI is best known for our flagship product, Material UI—but this is just one of three core component libraries we maintain. Base UI is our headless component library, and Pigment CSS is a zero-runtime CSS-in-JS styling engine. We also host Design Kits and pre-built Templates.
Beyond the core libraries, MUI X offers advanced components like the Data Grid, Date and Time Pickers, and Charts, for more complex user interactions and data visualization needs.
Learn more about MUI's products in this blog post: An introduction to the MUI ecosystem.

Each contributor has the freedom to decide how and when they work, and that work is primarily self-directed: it's your responsibility to define and complete your own tasks in a timely manner.

At MUI a Community Engineer is considered a developer, it's a person that enjoys optimizing what already exists but is also eager to help our users with features that are requested by the community.
Our products empower React developers to build awesome applications faster – we see millions of developers on MUI's docs every year, one million a month.

🫂 At Douro Labs, we value diversity and inclusion in our workplace. We are an equal-opportunity employer committed to preventing discrimination or harassment. We oppose unfair treatment based on protected characteristics such as race, religion, color, national origin, gender, gender expression, sex, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by law. This policy applies to all aspects of employment, including hiring, promotion, termination, leave, and apprenticeship. Our hiring decisions are based on qualifications, merit, and business needs. We strive to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone.
Our overarching mission is to accelerate the mass-market adoption of consumer biotech products so every human can live at least 100 healthy years. Our immediate focus is excess bodyweight. We are increasing the accessibility of GLP-1 medications to accelerate their take-up to help solve obesity worldwide.
To do that, we’re building an AI-powered clinical operating system: ClinicOS. ClinicOS makes it effortless for consumer brands to easily offer direct-to-patient healthcare, globally. We work with external Brand Partners, as well as using this infrastructure to scale our own internal consumer healthcare brands.
Since we launched Fella Health in the US in June 2021, Fella has positioned itself as no-nonsense weight loss for busy bigger guys. Today, we operate multiple brands across the US & UK — our two biggest are Fella Health (US & UK) & Bolt Pharmacy (UK).
Our infrastructure will have served 100 million patients worldwide by 2035. We’ll then use that direct-to-patient infrastructure to serve next-gen biotech products at-scale to increase the proportion of humans living at least 100 healthy years.
In so doing, we’ll become the world’s first trillion dollar healthcare company.
We’ve grown >2000x since Aug 2021, >200x since Aug 2022, >20x since Aug 2023. We’re >$50M/yr revenue. We’ve been cashflow positive since June 2023. We’re >10,000 customers with high NPS.
We’re a young startup and we’re just getting started. This is still Day 1 and all our work is ahead of us.
We're backed by top healthcare & consumer investors:

Aios Medical is building a world-class team.
As Senior Analytics Engineer, your fundamental role is to take full ownership of our data stack, building reliable pipelines, making data accessible across all teams, and setting the foundations for a future centralized data team.
You’ll start within the engineering team, focused on optimizing current systems and setting up what’s missing: rebuilding our pipelines, building ETL jobs that sync our sources to the data warehouse, setting up dbt transformations, and making sure things run smoothly.
You’ll make high-impact decisions on tooling, sync frequency, and error handling so the data just works.
At the same time, you'll help define how we measure our business across the full customer journey: pre-conversion (e.g. CAC, CPL) and post-conversion (e.g. time to medication). You'll work directly with Ben and Dave to identify what metrics matter most, then build the systems and logic to track them. You'll be both engineer and analyst: making data accessible, and making it meaningful.
Great performance in this role means the pipelines are stable, reporting is self-serve, and we’ve laid the groundwork for a centralized data team that can scale. You’ll be the one who gets us there.
This is a full-time, fully remote role, and you’ll work async in the timezone of your choice as long as you’re around until midday Pacific Time for calls as needed.
You’ll report directly to Gzim (Head of Engineering). You’ll also work closely with: Ben (Head of Product) & Dave (Head of Growth).
You’ll be the go-to person for all things data at Aios. You’ll fix what’s broken, build what’s missing, and soon build the foundation for a horizontal data team.
Build Stable ETL: Our current syncs aren’t as reliable as they should be. You’ll own the flow of data from 20+ sources into Redshift, reducing manual checks, fixing failure points, and making sure everything runs smoothly day to day.Engineering Heavy: You'll spend significant time on data engineering fundamentals: warehouse architecture, dbt transformation logic, pipeline tooling, and all the technical decisions that keep data flowing reliably.Analytics: You’ll support both sides of the business: Growth (e.g. CAC, CPL, funnel metrics) and Product/Ops (e.g. time to medication, delivery times). You’ll stitch the data together so these metrics are clean and trusted.Solo Operator: This is a senior role. You won’t wait to figure things out. You know what matters, how to define it, and how to build the backend logic to track it.Strategic Partner: You’ll become a key decision-maker on data across the org, balancing reliability, speed, and clarity in how we use data to drive the business.Experience: You’ve worked with data for 5+ years and have at least 3+ years focused on data engineering. You’ve owned pipelines, warehouses, and reporting in fast-moving environments.Data Engineering: You’ve built and maintained data pipelines that sync from multiple sources into a central warehouse like Redshift. You’ve set up syncing logic, error handling, and you know what breaks &how to fix it.Data Models and Querying: You can write and debug complex SQL queries, optimize for performance, work with large datasets, and build reusable data models. You're comfortable with both ad-hoc analysis and production transformationMetric Clarity: You understand what the business is trying to measure. If someone asks for CAC or time to medication, you know how to break that down into the data points required, find the right source, and build it end to end.Ownership: You don’t need someone to tell you what to build. You’ll figure out what matters, how to define it, and how to track it both for pre and post-conversion journeys.Autonomy: You’ve worked as a solo operator or early hire before. You know how to prioritize, unblock yourself, and move fast without waiting on others.Team Builder: You’ve managed a team before. You’re excited to grow a team around you to cover both data engineering and analytics as the function scales.Growth Metrics: You’ve supported teams measuring CAC, CPL, funnel stages, or other acquisition metrics. You can speak the same language as growth leads and turn ideas into dashboards.Clinical/Product Metrics: You’ve worked with operational metrics in healthcare or similar industries (e.g. fulfillment speed, delivery time).Analytics Tools: You’ve used tools like Metabase or similar to help teams explore data, visualize results, and share reports.Rudderstack: You’ve worked with customer data platforms like Rudderstack, and understand how to manage event tracking and integrations.Figure it out: You’re the kind of person who doesn’t stop at “why is this broken?”you dig until it works. You can debug a failing sync, validate weird numbers, or reverse engineer a broken report. These are the core cultural standards to which we hold ourselves & our team-members at Fella:
These are the core cultural standards to which we hold ourselves & our team-members:
Belief in the mission: We will have served 100 million patients by the end of 2035 and we transform the life of most patients who join. We have a lot of work to do. We are obsessed with our patients and are dedicated to the mission.Unwavering integrity: We are at the frontier, so we often live in ambiguity with no trodden path. When we can’t look to others for guidance, we must maintain impeccable ethics and unwavering integrity.Only the paranoid survive: Bad sh*t is coming. By joining us, you’re choosing to sail straight towards the storms with unhesitating conviction. However much we’ve already done, however far we’ve already come — it’s still Day 1 and all our work is ahead of us.If we’re average we fail: We are only interested in “insanely great”, a focus on the quality of our execution that in everyday life would be considered pathological. We have a dedication to excellence and reject incompetence.Commitment to candor: That which can be destroyed by the truth should be. You get full transparency from the company and the company expects full transparency from you. We never say anything about someone that we wouldn’t say to them directly. We give feedback with love and do not need to protect people from fleeting physical sensations.A maniacal sense of urgency: We execute at an intensity that most people think is impossible. Speed is critical and we need things done yesterday. We all work very hard and in such a competitive world there really is no other way to win.Enduring frugality: We are frugal. We hate being wasteful and we are anti-luxury. A culture of cheapness keeps us young. We spend our cash wisely & carefully — in a way that would make our grandmas proud.Bulldozing barriers: The world is malleable and we shape it. We truly believe this and act accordingly. We are relentlessly resourceful and are at the mercy of no-one but ourselves. You’ll be shocked how capable you are and how much you can achieve.Keep your head down: We’re boring people doing exciting work. We don’t chase short-term status — we ignore short-term dopamine hits and focus on what matters. Outsiders will underestimate us and we revel in that. The power of focus: We live in a world of power laws and we cannot overestimate the unimportance of practically everything. Know your One Thing, and nail it.Apply on Ashby or the platform you are in.

At Buffer, we make social media and brand building software for small businesses, creators, and individuals. Our mission is to provide essential tools to help small businesses get off the ground and grow. Through exceptional customer service and uplifting content, we help our customers believe they can succeed and do good along the way.
We’re a fully distributed team, and we’ve always aimed to do things a little differently at Buffer. Since the early days, we’ve had a focus on building one of the most unique and fulfilling workplaces by rethinking a lot of traditional practices. We also default to transparency, so you can read all about our metrics, and our successes and failures along the way on our Transparency Dashboard.
We hire and work from all over the world. Please note that we do travel to work together in-person once or twice per year, and those events are highly encouraged to build deeper connections among our small team.
We're united by Buffer's values, and we celebrate our unique differences. We strive to create a diverse and inclusive work environment and are building a culture where underrepresented groups are welcome, and can flourish.

You'll take the lead on building core parts of our growth experience, including referral programs, conversion flows, free tools, and data-driven experimentation features.
We need someone with strong product instincts, growth domain experience, and the ability to work independently across team boundaries. You care about metrics and user behavior as much as polished UI — thoughtful conversion flows, data-driven decisions, and experiences that genuinely serve our users. It's never been easier to build, ship and scale software.
But it's never been harder to monetize it.
We're obsessed over solving this to empower the future one-developer unicorns.
These unicorns will be rare but inevitable. Whether in 3, 5, or 10+ years, they also symbolize a broader shift already in motion and accelerating:
Exceptional billing primitives, APIs, SDKs and abstractions are a crucial foundation, but not enough. They will need a full-fledged platform to oversee, manage and scale their business.
Turning their software into an international business in 6 lines of code.
Join our small, talented and engineering-led team across Europe to shape how future software businesses are built. We focus on shipping at high velocity to serve developers in unlocking their next stage with their business. Everything else is secondary.
We’re hiring a Community Manager to build and nurture a thriving developer community around Polar. You’ll be responsible for making our community spaces welcoming, high-signal, and valuable for every member.
Reporting to our Head of Developer Relations, you’ll focus on day-to-day community health: onboarding new members, supporting existing ones, running programs and events, and making sure developers thrive within the Polar community.

We're thrilled to hire our first Infrastructure Engineer at Polar!
We want to avoid creating silos between product and infrastructure engineering. Or our infrastructure getting so complicated early on that backend engineers are unable to dive in and assist in case of issues (on-call).
However, we are looking for someone to obsess over how we can scale, reduce latency and maintain world-class uptime. Spearheading those efforts standalone, but in close collaboration with backend engineers across the team and designed to ensure the full team is familiar with our infrastructure and can contribute.
Always subject to change as we scale and new technologies emerge.
We’re hiring a Staff Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and operate the foundation that powers Polar. From payments orchestration to global payouts, our systems demand world-class availability, reliability, and trust.
